Listed is our version of the two major phases in Alternative Dispute Resolution - Non-Adjudicative and Adjudicative phases. In simple language, in the Non-Adjudicative phase both parties still maintain control of the decision agreed upon. In the Adjudicative phase, someone else or other party makes the decision upon which the parties must comply.
